It is HARD to be strong and say no to the nachos appetizer at "Girls Night Out"! BUT what happens is you feel AWESOME instead of GUILTY when you do overcome those temptations and THAT FEELING strengthens you for the next time you are faced with it. (NOT too mention the amazing example you are to your girlfriends for changing your life:)
It is HARD to push play instead of plop on the couch to watch your guilty pleasure show! BUT what happens is your burn 300 calories instead of TAKE IN 300 calories with guilty pleasure show snacks. The extra energy you get for being active spurs on more activity and BEFORE YOU KNOW your DVR is so full you decided to read about your guilty pleasure show on FB instead of watching it yourself....
BECAUSE ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU HAVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE INSTEAD OF A SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE and you will never, ever go back!
