P90X3 Workout Reviews

BEFORE:
I am a 41 year old female. I like to run. I run about 15 miles a week with an 11 minute average. I have completed Les Mills Pump and eight weeks of P90X. I was to excited to start P90X3 to complete P90X, but I liked it! I would like to lose another 15-20 pounds and to see less jiggle!
