I am a SUPER PLANNER!
And it has paid off in terms of fitness...I schedule my workout programs out in advance and post them all over the place! Like here, to keep me accountable!
I really get a rush out of crossing off the days! (do you have that gene?)
I love Beachbody workout programs because there is a middle AND an END so I get such a great sense of accomplishment AND A FREE TEE SHIRT (ask me how!)
I AM PROUD to say that this system, having a plan way ahead of my NEXT PLAN, has gotten me in BETTER SHAPE THAN IN HIGH SCHOOL! (and I was an "athlete")
