~shopping list~

I am in a phase right now where I only where 3/4 length sleeves or longer to camouflage the arm flab.
Is there anything that you "have to" wear to disguise problem areas?

Always jeans or capris, never shorts. No one needs to see thunder thighs.

I'm not a fan of empire waists or overalls. Both make me look pregnant.

Things that cover my tummy (even before pregnancy).....empire waist tops are good...what is it that they say on What Not to Wear? Wear a top that comes in at the skinniest part of your body-right under the "girls"!

I will not wear tank tops in public because of my flabby upper arms. I only wear longer shorts or capris because I hate my thighs.

I find my self pulling my underwear up to my waistline (if it reaches), or below my pant line so that you can't see the dent where my tummy bulges above and below the waistline. does that make sense. maybe i need bigger underwear ; ) but i digress. . .

longer shirts that hit me below the waistline. If I have anything else it looks like I don't have a torso at all.
