Back to the Basics

I have began stage 2 of my path to healthy are some things that I have adjusted...let me know if there is something I should add that works for you!
  • Instead of running for training I am back to running (and exercising) for weight loss. There is a big difference.
  • I am back to counting each and every calorie on the "Lose It" app on my iphone.
  • High protein (lean), whole grains, lots of fruits and veggies.
  • NO EXCUSES! no excuses to avoid exercise, to stop before I should AND most of all, NO FREE PASSES to eat junk!
  • Continue with an all water and milk drink menu (no soda or juice)

(sorry, I tried to find a link, but it was impossible. Episode 18, aired 5.18.10)! If they could run 26.2 miles, I can do it! (someday)!

I'm so glad to hear you saying that because you can run a marathon someday! But you are going to try the chocolate on the tour right?

SO do you have any great menu ideas that follow your plan? I too am trying to get back into a healthy groove and need some inspiration!
