So I came across this video and it totally blew me out of the water!
If you are like me and work out hard, and a lot, but do not see the results you expect this could be why. It is hard for me to change my way of thinking. I have always thought that the longer you exercise, your heart beating at a higher rate, the more calories you burn. That is the goal right? This theory is different. Work out for shorter, but more intensely, and you can burn more calories and fat.
After all, I feel like I DO push it for the hour that I am running or doing other cardio. But I do not ever max it out because I want to endure it for the complete hour. But I am going to try this tomorrow and see how it goes.
What do you think?
