P90X3 The Challenge- week 1- Post Workout Wrap-up

 So I did Challenge today. All push ups and pull ups. DON'T BE SCARED! We are up for the challenge, right?
WHEW! Here is what I want to tell you about that....modify! DON'T GIVE UP! Yep, it is TOUGH but we knew it would be, right? I felt great afterward and I definitely drank my Results & Recovery formula. Think of those HOT muscles we are forming! Here are  my numbers....let's see yours too!

12 pull ups/chin up with chair 

20 push up (on stagger I did the last 5 on 
my knees)
