P90X3- Yoga- Week 1- Post Wrap-up

 Just finished X3 Yoga and it felt great! I was a little sore from the last two days so it was just what the Dr ordered...and 30 minutes is SO MUCH better than 90 minutes from the original P90X!

I used to not like yoga. Now I depend on it. It is the one thing that has helped my sciatic nerve issue. If my back starts to hurt I know I have practiced yoga for the week.
