Ultimate Reset Day 6

I shot this in the car, late at night. LONG DAY!

  1. Breakfast: marinated baked tempeh, steamed spinach, avocado
  2. Lunch: Quinoa salad, microgreen salad with toatsted pumpkin seeds and red wine vinegar
  3. "Roasted Roots" (carrot, yam, beet and onion) and zucchini-cashew soup.
