The Plan

Two Weeks
Minimal sugar
No white starches
Whole grains only
Water (a lot)
Low fat

Why? I am going home for Christmas. Am I doing this because I want to shed a few pounds? No! I am doing this to prepare for the feast I will be having on the list in my last post. I also want to prove to myself that if I have a short term goal, and take it day by day, that I can be disciplined again.
