You know what is stressful?
When you work so hard and hit a plateau! Head on over to my Weigh In Page and you will see that I am the same weight as two weeks ago. But I am not discouraged because I FEEL great!
It is spring and with it comes a lot of stressful events and planning. Next week we will be talking about stress daily. Start thinking about what stresses you out and what helps to combat it.
