For those of you who are not into the whole workout scenario yet or need to do something BEFORE you get to that point...Beachbody Ultimate Reset is AMAZING! It is a strict 21 day program with all clean eating, supplements and NO exercise. A total detox and cleanse program that has STAGGERING results!
