P90X3 CVX- Week 1- Post Workout Wrap-Up

So I did my Dynamix work out at 6am alone and I had a friend over for CVX later in the morning. This was a good combo and totally doable. CVX is tough, but amazing! I used 5lb weights and that was appropriate for me. I would like to increase to 8 lbs, it scares me and it will be HARD, but that is my goal as I get stronger! 

I really LOVED this cardio workout that envelopes strength training and core work. I already look forward to it next week!
