Three things to say about P90X3 Accelerator!
- Traveling Planks suck!
- Still Cannot do the Donkey Kicks (although I was MUCH better than before!)
- We do not have to do this workout again until our last week! Week 13!
It IS hard! But that DOES NOT mean we skip it!
Part of the process is challenging yourself and getting a little better each time. How do you feel when something is really hard and you surprise yourself by doing it? THE BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD!
