P90X3- Lower Eccentric Week 7 - Post Workout Wrap-Up

Today I did Lower Eccentric, week 7! WOOHOO! The entire time I felt like my muscles were being sculpted and carved, it feels great! I also previewed Day 1 of the new 21 Day Fix program workout "Total Body Cardio Fix"...the two together were TOUGH, but awesome! ** I am NOT suggesting that you double up, just sharing;)**
