This is a 60 day group that focuses on:

- Exercise six days a week (less than 30 minutes)
- Eat healthy 80% of the time (an hour a week to prep)
(drink Shakeology- the healthiest meal of the day-100% all natural)
- Check in NIGHTLY on this page (less than 5 minutes)
